Hello all...we are in Branson Missouri. Just got out of the hot tub and getting ready to see the Rankin Brothers in Concert. Last night we we stayed in a treehouse cabin at "Lake of the Ozarks". It poured rain all night. No bother though as we sat on the covered deck sipping refreshments. The rain just added to the event. NO MOSQUITOS!! Couldn't believe that in such a warm/humid climate there were no blood suckers! Stayed off the interstate which made for some interesting driving/scenery. Spotted my first confederate flag outside a run down shack along the highway. Also visited the "home of sliced bread" (can't remember the towns name) and stopped for a great lunch where julie had the best salad she's ever had. Tomorrow we are heading to Siloam Springs , Arkansas. We'll stay there for a few days before heading over to the OKIE NOODLING FESTIVAL. HELL YESS!! (those of you who have watched the Okie Noodling Festival bit on youtube will get that last part.
I am still looking for e-mails or comments on this blog FROM OUR CHILDREN!!
